As some of the
more keen observers have noted, the original
track listing for the BBC Sessions compilation
album included live versions of Room 410 and I
Wish Them All Dead - neither of which actually
appeared on the released version.

Every year I try
to give you something a bit special as the
holiday season approaches.
This year, things have been so busy that I
didn't think I was going to be able to reach my
usual level of expectation but pulled a blinder
out of the bag by finding a track featuring Malc
and Martin from 1985 on Sean Williams'
MySpace page.
However... in
response to a post on the Room 512 messageboard
I found some time to rip my vinyl onto MP3 and,
as a result, I bring for your delight and
delectation... The Wonder Stuff - The Very
Special Guest.
This is a rip of a
live bootleg album recorded in 1992. The
gig was held at Leicester University in memory
of Spike, a roadie who had worked with the
Wonder Stuff, who had recently died.
The concert
featured The Milltown Brothers as headline act
with the Stuffies on top support billing.
It was a unique event as Malc was ill so the
group enlisted the help of Loz Hardy from
Kingmaker on guitar.
