November We can finally reveal that Universal will be releasing Welcome To The Cheap Seats to commemorate the Wonder Stuff's 20th anniversary.  The new DVD will contain additional material not previously included on the original VHS release.

Due to circumstances beyond his control, Miles has had to cancel his Dundee show on 20th November.  Refunds will be available from the original ticket agents.

Recording has now finished on the Wonder Stuff's next album.  The album, 'Suspended By Stars' will be released in mid-February 2006 shortly before the group's 20th Anniversary.  The album, featuring the full new Wonder Stuff line-up including Erica, was produced by Matt Terry (Dharma Drive) over the Summer. A full UK tour is expected to be announced shortly with the possibility of non-UK dates to follow after.

Children's series Underground Ernie is to be aired on the BBC's CBeebies channel (available on UK digital and cable networks only) from June 2006.

Miles Hunt is playing a handful of dates in England and Scotland during November/December.  See Tourdates page for more information.

October Miles Hunt appears on Vic Reeves' Virgin Radio show.  Talks about new album and also premieres exclusive new track, 'Tricks Of My Trade'.  You can hear an extract of the track here.
August Alternative version of Vent 414's Fixer video now available online.  Updates to support acts on 2005 Tourdates pages also.

July Martin Roach's acclaimed combined biography of the Stuffies, PWEI and Ned's is being re-released in October 2005.  Full updated with new content, further information can be found here.

The Wonder Stuff have returned to the studio to record tracks for the next long-player due for release in Autumn 2005. 

Miles and Malc to play an exclusive acoustic set at Cox's Yard, Stratford-Upon-Avon on July 25th.  Expect a mix of Wonder Stuff, Miles Hunt and Vent 414 tracks.  A handful of brand new tracks are also expected to be thrown in.

June Two Irish dates confirmed for August, followed by Dudley JB's before headlining Saturday night billing at Beautiful Days Festival in Devon.
March All US tourdates now confirmed, see 2005 tourdates page. Miles to perform solo acoustic show in advance of US tour at Loop Lounge in NYC on April 1st.

Exclusive live tracks now available for download from Napster.  Many online download music sites now holding Escape From Rubbish Island album, including re-recorded versions of six tracks.  Streaming users can also listen to an exclusive interview with Miles and Malcolm.

February The Wonder Stuff have signed an exclusive deal with Universal Music to release an online version of their latest album, Escape From Rubbish Island'.  The album, available to download from March 7th, will feature six re-recorded tracks.  For the first time, mobile ringtones of every track plus an exclusive promo video for the single 'Escape From Rubbish Island' will also be available.  The downloads will only be available to UK and Ireland users but fans across the water in the USA will eb able to buy the new version of the album upon it's release on the Reincarnate Music label on March 22nd.

Release date of Bile Chant/EFRI now moved forward (sorry!) back to February 21st.

January News is reaching us that a couple of venues are saying their scheduled performance by The Wonder Stuff has been cancelled.  We can confirm at this point in time that no cancellations have taken place and all tourdates are going ahead as planned.

The Wonder Stuff will be playing a charity concert at South Bromsgrove High School on February 5th with all proceeds going to the Hikkaduwu Village Fund charity.  The village of Hikkaduwu in Sri Lanka was virtually destroyed in the recent Tsumani disaster and the charity is hoping to raise funds to help the villagers rebuild their homes and livelihoods.

Single artwork released.  Single release date put back to February 21st to coincide with new online distribution deal.  Tracks will be available for download from the official website along with four other re-recorded tracks from EFRI.

New messageboard now active.

'Bile Chant'/'EFRI' single now to be released one week later on February 14th (buy one for your loved one).  Confirmation of track listing - Bile Chant (re-record), Escape From Rubbish Island (re-record), Bile Chant (Nubile Mix), Bile Dub and EFRI Rubbish Mix.
