Thanks for your kind words.
The names thing has been a complete pain in the arse & lots of extra work. We do it for free...no one pays us to do this but its worth it I think.
Some people didn't follow clear instructions & are complaining about their name not being on or thought they had "registered" a name when, at the time we were gauging interest that's all & not collecting names.

EVERY single UK order has now been sent.
The Final batch of EU & ROW orders ship tonight.

Many thanks for supporting the release.
If you are interested we are talking with a number of bands that some of you may be fans of.
These are Reef, New Model Army, Turin Brakes. If you know of others let me know or tell them about us.
We are doing the same thing CD/DVD with The Stranglers at Hammersmith Apollo on 19th March.
The band are selling it from their website & you get your name on the art if you pre order.
Can't order it from Nyquest its the management that are selling this one.
Go to http://www.mamstore.co.uk/stranglers

What a brilliant package! Two minor - and I do mean minor - comments

1. I'd've preferred the audio disc to have been full up to the 79minute limit
2. A certain persons name is incorrectly spelt on the thanks list.

As I said, minor gripes!

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the comments, all names were copied & pasted from your emails hence the need for sending us an email.
I shit you not some people spelled their own names wrong!!
As in Phil being sent as Phill when his paypal details showed Phil.
Probably a typo but some of your addresses & names were without capital letters.
Minor gripes though as you say.

I guess "ROW" means "Rest of the World" so that includes us gits across the pond. After US Customs finishes watching it with Homeland Security, I should get mine by Easter. Don't know how Canada Customs operates but I barely have to slow down when I drive across the border so I don't think it'll be a problem!

Jeff,
Glad you mentioned this as you are so right.
We've posted thousands of items to the States & it generally takes 3 weeks due to U.S customs.
We have lots of emails from angry U.S customers thinking we haven't sent them or they are lost & demand a refund or replacement.
Please hang in there as they usually do arrive in the end. Our pressing is limited to only 950 as we supply the band with 25 & keep 20 back for replacements I have 5 to show or give to other managers as examples.

So to all you overseas customers I HAVE to wait 28 working days before replacing otherwise we would run out very quickly & genuine lost items wouldn't be able to be replaced.
It's the same story with every other mail order company not just us!

e.g please allow 28 days for delivery etc etc.

Count yourself lucky there then Dave. We sent something from work to South Africa last month and it didn't arrive within 2 weeks. Royal Mail told us we had to wait a further 2MONTHS before they would investigate!

boy am I glad I don't work for the Royal Mail anymore. Yes. they subsidised quite a few tours, but dignity has it's price. I'm not convinced every email name was cut'n'pasted.

Anyhoo.... back to the thread. I have to say this has to be one of the best produced live discs I've come across.

The quality of the product really stands out.

Nice work by everyone at Nyquest. We got there in the end!
